If you have forgotten your examiner password for your SECUTEST, please proceed as follows:
 
-  enter the password incorrectly three times to delete the tester.
-  The documented tests, including the stored tester, are retained.
-  afterwards you can create the tester again under the same name.

If the password you entered correctly is not accepted, a possible cause of the error is an incorrectly adjusted touch screen. This means that unwanted characters are entered.
In this case, the touch screen should be readjusted.
