No analog outputs are integrated at the factory. However, this function can be implemented at extra cost.
The U1500 optimization computers do not have an analog output integrated at the factory. For this purpose we use special modules (BS312) with two analog outputs 0(4)...20 mA each, which are connected to the bus interface of the central micro systems U1500 A0 (here we do not use our system bus protocol = A-Bus), but a slightly modified protocol (P-Bus, also RS485).
For decentralized systems (optimization computer U1500 A1) the analog output modules can be connected to the COM1 interface of the system extension U1500 A2 (which in this case is pre-equipped as P-Bus interface in the factory).
The BS312 output modules are used, for example, for analog, maximum-guided control of stand-alone power generators or for remote display of optimization variables such as correction power, remaining time, current average value, current instantaneous power, etc. The values to be displayed are usually configured and scaled at the factory according to customer requirements.
