How does data backup work in the IZYTRONIQ cloud variant?

In the IZYTRONIQ Cloud variant, a backup of the database is made once a week. Each database backup can then be accessed on the server for 35 days.

If desired, it is also possible to backup the database at a smaller interval (e.g. daily), in this case please contact our Product Support.

Unfortunately, a manual database backup is not possible in the cloud variant.
In case you need the database backup as a file, please contact our Product Support as well.

In addition to the database backup, you have the option to export your data as an XML file and import it again at any time.
