Error message when switching on the Mavowatt

If the following screen appears when the Mavowatt 230 / 240 / 270 is switched on, the device recognizes that the screen (touch screen!) is being touched when it is switched on.

In this case, the process for resetting the device to the factory settings is started. You should therefore ensure that the touchscreen is not touched when it is switched on and that there is no dirt on it.
Scratches can also cause this effect.
