How can I perform a database backup with the SECUTEST?

The database backup is used to protect stored test structures, test objects and measurement results from data loss. A backup also enables the data to be transferred to a PC or the database to be restored after an error or device change.

How can a database backup be carried out?

The backup is carried out using a USB stick that is connected to the USB port of the test device.

Backup procedure:

1. Connect the USB stick to the tester
2. Switch to SetUp position
3. Select the Database menu
4. Select menu item Save and start backup
5. Data is saved on the USB stick
