With the mains voltages one must distinguish whether it is the voltage against earth or between the phases.
Remarks:
- to (1): except RCD test 500 mA: measuring voltage 230 V (+10%).
- to (2): measurements between phases are only possible for the rotating field direction indication.
- to (3): max. voltage +10% overvoltage allowed.
