BT PRO Manager procedure if password forgotten

If no relevant data exists in the database, it is possible to create a new database and assign new login data. To do this, proceed as follows:

  • Uninstall the BT Pro Manager software
  • Delete the BT Pro Manager database in the following directory: C:\ProgramData\Cellizer\CS-Manager\Database
  • Install the BT Pro Manager software again
  • New login data can be assigned when the software is started for the first time
