No communication via RS232

You have downloaded and installed the METRAwin 10/A2000 software from the INTERNET.

A connection test can be carried out under Device > Communication. However, only dashes are displayed.

Please check the following settings on the A2000:

• COM 1: Address 1, 9 or 250
• Baud rate 9600
• Parity even
• Protocol DIN 19244

• Set the address table to DEFAULT before the connection test!
• If there is still no connection, check your interface cable.
• If a GOSSEN-METRAWATT adapter piece is used, a 1:1 interface cable must be connected.
