To import a CSV file into the IZYTRONIQ software, the file must conform to a certain format.
To do this, an "empty" file is to be exported first, which can be filled and imported again.
This process is described step by step below.
Create the correct Excel list:
- In IZYTRONIQ, go to [Movable Objects] → [Enter, Change, Lists]
- Click [Add Item] and create a [Customer] and [Device] in the database
- Click on [Movable Objects] → [Export]
- Select in [CSV file] and select a location and confirm with Export
- Select the newly created client and click on [Export to CSV file]
Fill the CSV file with master data:
Please follow the instructions in the FAQ-PG803.
- Open the created CSV file. A1 must contain the value [CustomerID]
- Now fill the CSV file with your master data

IsActive: Is described with the value "True" or "False" (device active, i.e. in operation or inactive, e.g. discarded)

- Save: Click on "Save as" and select the file type: CSV(MS-DOS)(.csv)* select
Note: If you have leading zeros in ID numbers, please make sure that all cells are formatted as TEXT, otherwise the leading zeros will be removed after saving.
Import the finished CSV file:
- Open the IZYTRONIQ and click on [Movable Objects] → [Import]
- Select [FROM FILE] and select the saved CSV file
- Close the Excel file
- Click [IMPORT]
